Coaching can be delivered predominantly online through Skype and face to face in Ennis Co.Clare, Ireland. If required coaching is available on request in other geographical areas.

Arrive with an open mind. Clear some space in your day to enable you to arrive on time and take a little time after the session to process your thoughts and strategies.
